Archiving/Unarchiving a Class

Archived classes retain functionality but do not appear in yours or your students "Active" list.

Classes will be archived by support staff on the following dates (unless prior arrangements have been made, please contact us if you need your class longer):

  • Classes with an F## ID: the Tuesday after Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

  • Classes with a W## ID: the Tuesday after Presidents Day

  • Classes with an S## ID: the Tuesday after Memorial Day

  • Classes with an U## ID: the Tuesday after Labor Day

All holidays refer to U.S. Federal Holidays.

 

Archiving a Class:

Instructors are encouraged to archive their classes as soon as the class ends.

  1. Log into Pops.

  2. Do not open the class, instead stay on the class list.

  3. Click the three dots next to the class name.

  4. Click the red folder.

  5. The class will now be archived and available under the "Archived" list.

 

Unarchiving a Class:

If you accidentally archive a class, don't panic!

  1. Log into Pops.

  2. Do not open the class, instead stay on the class list.

  3. Click on "Archived" to view your archived classes.

  4. Click the three dots next to the class name.

  5. Click the green folder.

  6. The class will now be unarchived and available under the "Active" list.
