Exporting Grades to a CSV File

Instructors can export all the grades associated with a class to a CSV file that can be edited in spreadsheet editors.


Students do not have the capability of exporting grades.

 

  1. On the Grades page, click "Export Grades" in the top right corner.

  2. A CSV file will download to your device of the grades as they are at that moment.

  3. The CSV file will list every assignment and every student.


Note: This file is a snapshot in time and will not update as you grade in Pops.
