Moving a Student to a Different Class

If you have a student enrolled in one course section and need to transfer them to a different course section at the same school in the same academic semester, simply contact us. Instruct your student to not purchase a new subscription, we can transfer the student's subscription and any work that they may have already completed to their new course.


Transferring between different class types or different academic semesters will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Subscriptions cannot be transferred between schools.


Please include the class the student is currently enrolled in and the class they are wishing to be moved to in the request.
