9/8/2022 at 6:20pm:

First, we want to express our appreciation for your patience over the last few days. We know unexpected issues can cause frustration, we have been frustrated too. We know some, not all, users have been having difficulties logging in or accessing the site.

Second, we wanted to let you know that we have performed unexpected server maintenance this afternoon that we believe will remedy the issue some users have been experiencing. We know taking the application offline entirely for everyone unexpectedly can be a disruption to an already tight class schedule and this is not something we did lightly. But, this course of action has allowed us to quickly resolve the issue. We are happy to say that all users should now be able to access the application again and errors reported have greatly reduced. Certain users may need to clear their browsing history, cookies, and cache, especially those who tried to access the application during our maintenance period (more on that below).

Third, if you continue to experience any issues, try these steps first:

  1. Close all browser windows with Pops open.

  2. Clear your browsing history, cookies, and cache.

  3. Close the browser completely (all tabs/all windows).

  4. Reopen the Google Chrome browser and navigate directly to: https://www.studentsheet.com/logout

  5. Log back in.

This is a proven method to resolve any lingering errors that may be cached in your browser’s cookies. If you need help clearing your browsing history, cookies, and cache, check out this helpful article from Google: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

If after performing the steps above, you continue to experience an issue please contact us at: https://support.powerofpublicspeaking.com/request and we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you again for your continued patience. We will continue with updates here as they are needed.

Thanks and all the best!
