Submitting a Speech Video for your Students via a Web Browser

Note: Live recording via web browser is not yet available for instructors. If you would like to live record try the Pops Capture app. See this article for how to do that.

Submitting a Pre-Recorded Video

1. Open the Speech Video assignment you wish to submit videos for.

2. Click the "Bulk Upload Videos" button in the top right corner.

3. In the pop-up, drag the files you wish to upload from your device's file explorer. Or click the "Click Here to Add Files" button to choose the files from your device's file explorer.

4. The files will begin uploading simultaneously. Please wait.

5. When a file has uploaded, the status indicator will change to a drop down.

6. Select the student's name you wish to associate with that video.

   1. If your file names are not specific, click the play button to the left of the file name to preview the video.

7. Once all the videos have been associated with a student, click "Done."

8. The videos will now be submitted. You may need to refresh the page to see the thumbnails to appear.

Swapping a Video for a Student

1. Open the erroneous video.

2. Click "Return."

3. Click back to the "Work" page.

4. Follow the instructions for Submitting a Pre-Recorded Video above.
